Building Your Organization

You sell perfume, but you would also like to have an organization? You can! How does it work? Suppose you know some people who are also interested in the FM Group products and what possibilities FM Group provides. You sign these persons up as members of FM Group, the exact same way as you have enrolled into this business. They have to fill in the registration form (different for every country).
You now have an "organization". The people you've acquired and registered is called your "downline". For these people you are their "sponsor". You guide your downline through the first steps of the business and help them build their basis as you're guided by your sponsor.

The FM Group marketing system uses the Multi Level Marketing System (MLM). In the Netherlands the system is still not widely known, but in the United States, Japan and Canada this MLM system is a large part of the economy in these countries. A MLM system always works with a sponsor and his or her downline. Another feature of an MLM system is that all products represent a certain point value. A "classic" men's or women's perfume for example 29.30 points. These points are all on the FM Group products and fixed for each country.

Suppose you purchases 11 bottles. You will get a point of sales 11x29, 30 = 322.30 points. As previously mentioned, it is possible in addition to the direct profit on the products you can also receive bonuses. These bonuses are calculated on the total number of points obtained in that Month. To calculate the bonus points you may add the points of orders that are achieved within your downline to your points.

Suppose you purchases 11 bottles.  The table below shows that you have reached the 3% position which means you receive a groups commission of € 2.25. Now you'll think: this is not much. True but we will continue with our explanation.

What if your downline does the same as you and three people in your downline also do any 11 bottles. The total of you and your downline is 44 bottles > = 1200 points! The table below shows, you will already qualify for a position of 6% representing a groups commission which is equal to € 18, -. Can you just take that amount? No, you should share it with your downline. The people in your down line services have also each bought 11 bottles and are therefore entitled to € 2.25 each! Before you continue on: € 18 - (3x € 2.25) = € 11.25.

Now you can calculate yourself what happens if you and your downline purchases 1024 bottles in one month total: There is an amount of € 1,575 distributed. You reach the position of 21%!. The course does not stop at € 1575, -! Suppose you and your group 2048 bottles purchases, then the distribute all bonus € 3150, -!

The bonus you are entitled to, at the end of the month calculated by FM GROUP. Unfortunately, starting the month following with 0 points and 0% commission accrued.
